If you wish to become a member of the Society, please use the links page to email your request for further information, or download the membership application form. perhaps you would like to be an integral part of the Society and serve on a sub-committee, involved in one of our planned projects?
Want to help?
We envisage the Society fulfilling a number of roles within the town, and we are currently forming a sub-group to conduct a survey of the town’s buildings, in order that we can update, and encourage the enlargement of, the current conservation area. Contact has been made with S.K.D.C. who are supportive of the project.

•  Cemetery Chapel restoration
•  Conservation Area renewal project
•  Historic Survey
•  Old Grammar School restoration
•  and many more

If you have a group that you think will benefit from being a part  of the Society, please contact us to discuss this.
Future projects
Our first project will be the restoration of the cemetery chapel featured throughout the site, and this continues to move forward. A way forward is identified and both Bourne Town Council and ourselves are meeting regularly to progress the project. The intention of the Society is that the building will be restored and again be suitable for use as Chapel for funeral services. We will also be adding a Columbarium, and a Book of Remembrance.
