Four members of the Society are Heritage Stewards on the Heritage Lincolnshire ‘Heritage at Risk’ project which will run over the next three years. The task will be to document over 5,000 historic buildings and sites, of all types and status, that are at risk. You can commit as little, or as much time as you like.
Heritage Lincolnshire successfully obtained £300,000 from the Lottery Fund and the project was formally launched at the Petwood Hotel in Woodhall Spa, on Monday 26th April 2010
As you can see from the picture on the right, Bourne features in the publicity material for the project.
Volunteer packs are available from Heritage Lincolnshire, see below for further details.
New courses are now available, and if you would like to take part in the project, you can contact Heritage Lincolnshire direct on
01529 461499, or go to www.lincshar.org for further details.
